Are You A People Pleaser?

One of the hardest things about relationships is when a loved one wants you to be someone you are not. I am constantly working with people on restructuring beliefs related to being “perfect” for other people in order to get their love and approval. A little secret, “it’s not about you.” This is about the other person’s ability to allow themselves to be pleased and content with themselves. Call us if you need help with this. Here are 10 steps you can take to stop being a people pleaser.
